Teacher Wishlist Project
Teachers work so hard for the children of our congressional district, let’s give them the tools they need to succeed!
Tupelo Mutual Aid Project raises money each year to fulfill wishlists for teachers in underserved communities within Mississippi’s first congressional district. The schools and teachers are selected by assessing the Mississippi Department of Education ratings for schools located within the first congressional district and providing aid to the lowest rated schools within fifty miles of Tupelo.
Tupelo Mutual Aid Project’s mission is to build a compassionate and interconnected community where all our schools in Mississippi are provided with the key ingredients for success.
Green Project
This project aims to address multiple aspects of sustainable living, with a particular focus on food sovereignty and aid to the economically impacted in our community. Our objective is to present practical and relevant skills to our community, tailored to our targeted community’s specific needs and their convenience, while ensuring that the instruction is easily understandable, engaging, and feasible to implement for the average Tupelo resident as well.
