Tupelo Mutual Aid Project was founded in 2020 as a local mutual aid initiative to address rising community needs during the pandemic. What started as a Facebook group with members donating items and providing services to one another quickly grew to a large group of individuals with the central goal of helping others. TMAP consists of various member-led initiatives to address community needs.
